RECOVERY

Recovery Sundays – This is a 30-60 minute endurance session where we work on our aerobic capacity, utilising the cardio equipment to allow a low impact training session to aid in recovery. During this time members can utilise our floatation therapy, compression boots or stretch and roll-out to improve mobility (Pliability)

Pliability (previously known as RomWod) – facilitates better movement, improved performance & increased longevity through short guided videos. This is included in all our YouFit Sessions and can be substituted for a sessions if extra recovery is needed

Normatec Recovery Boots- New to YouFit. Beneficial for assisting recovery from training or an injury. Improves circulation and speeds up the removal of byproducts and inflammation. Can also be used as a warm-up. I find they are incredible at speeding up recovery.
